Below are the details of our current promotion.

Refer a Friend — You Both Get a Free Complete Detail

If you refer a friend to Bailey’s for collision repairs and all qualifications are met, both you and your referral can receive a free complete detail.

This promotion rewards customers who trust Bailey’s for quality collision repair and helps make the repair experience even better for your referral.

How It Works

Step 1: Refer a Friend

Have your friend contact Bailey’s for a collision repair.

• Referral must be a new customer
• Collision repair services only

Step 2: Name Must Be Given at First Contact

Your friend must provide your name when they first contact Bailey’s.

First contact includes:
• Phone calls
• Text messages
• Online estimate requests
• In-person estimate visits

Referrals must be disclosed at the time of first contact. Referrals cannot be added after the initial call, text, or estimate.

Step 3: Complimentary Detail for Your Friend

Once the referral is properly recorded and qualifying collision repairs are approved, your friend will receive a complimentary complete detail during the repair process.

This detail is provided as part of the repair experience and is subject to the terms listed below.

Step 4: Collision Repairs Completed and Paid

To fully qualify for the promotion, the referral must:

• Complete collision repairs totaling at least $2,000 before tax
• Pay the final invoice in full

Eligibility is determined based on the final paid invoice.

Step 5: You Receive a Free Complete Detail

After qualifying collision repairs are completed and paid, you will receive a free complete detail as our thank-you for the referral.

Detail Terms (Applies to Both Parties)

• Maximum value: $350 per detail
• Additional services billed separately
• Referrer’s detail must be scheduled within 90 days of repair completion
• Maximum value: $350 per detail
• Scheduling subject to availability
• Referral’s detail will be completed during the repair process

Important Terms and Conditions

• Referral must be a new customer
• One referral reward per qualifying referral
• No cash value
• Non-transferable
• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers
• Promotion ends June 30, 2026

Referral eligibility is determined by information provided and recorded at the time of the new customer’s first contact and verified upon completion and payment of qualifying collision repairs.

What if my friend forgets to mention my name?
Referrals must be disclosed at first contact. If your name is not provided at that time, the referral will not qualify.

What qualifies as collision repairs?
Collision repairs include accident-related body, paint, and structural repairs. Services totaling less than $2,000 before tax or non-collision services do not qualify.

What is included in a “complete detail”?
A complete detail includes a comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning. Services may vary depending on vehicle condition. Any services exceeding the $350 value are billed separately.

Can I transfer my free detail to someone else?
No. The free detail is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Does my friend get their detail even if repairs don’t qualify?
Complimentary details for the referred customer are provided only when referral requirements are met and qualifying collision repairs are approved.

When do I receive my free detail?
Your free detail is issued after the referral’s collision repairs are completed and paid in full.
