About Us

The History

Kevin Bailey is the CEO and visionary of Bailey’s. He graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an associates degree in Auto Body and Refinishing Technology. After college, he worked in a body shop for a year and started training in paintless dent repair. He traveled across the country for several years improving his skill and learning the business side of things. His girlfriend Atalie, now wife, traveled with him and the two became quite a team. They both love working hard and spending time with their children.

In 2012, Kevin incorporated the business into Bailey’s PDR Inc. Wanting to stay more local, in 2014 the building at 3302 4th Ave S in Fargo was purchased to offer PDR services to anyone with a vehicle instead of just wholesale clients. Then in 2016, Bailey’s PDR Inc. started offering a wide range of reconditioning services including interior and exterior detailing. To accommodate the new services, they added on an additional 4,500 sq. ft. and created the name Bailey’s Reconditioning to cover all their services. After consistent customer satisfaction and success, Bailey’s expanded into auto body and painting services in 2018—the services for which Kevin initially went to college to study. In 2020, Bailey’s launched a new company called Bailey’s Auto Sales to provide quality used vehicles to the Fargo–Moorhead area.

The Team

Although Kevin is quite self-driven, he couldn’t have accomplished much without such a well-established team. The team works great together even though it’s consistently challenged from our substantial growth. Our passion is to better help our community by doing what we love. We love serving our neighbors, and that’s why Bailey’s only hires individuals who share the same values as us and who have the qualities we’re searching for. We are proud of our team and each other because without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

The Facility

Our 10,500 sq. ft. facility is located north of the Cass County Jail at 3302 4th Ave. S. in Fargo, ND. It contains a 2,400 sq. ft. detail shop, a 4,500 sq. ft. body shop, and offices to manage everything. Then in 2018, a semi side down draft automotive paint booth and mixing room was constructed to assist in auto body repair and painting services.
