Know someone who needs collision repair? Refer them to Bailey’s and, when the qualifying requirements are met, both you and your referral can receive a free complete vehicle detail.

It’s our way of thanking our customers for recommending Bailey’s to their friends, family, coworkers, and others throughout the Fargo-Moorhead community.

Promotion ends January 1, 2027.

How It Works

1. Refer a New Customer

Refer a friend, family member, coworker, or other new customer to Bailey’s for qualifying collision repairs.

  • The referred customer must be a new Bailey’s customer.
  • The referral must be for collision repair services.

2. Have Them Mention Your Name

The referred customer must provide your name during their first contact with Bailey’s so our team can properly record the referral.

First contact may include:

  • Phone calls
  • Text messages
  • Online estimate requests
  • In-person estimate visits

Referrals cannot be added after the customer’s initial contact with Bailey’s.

3. Your Friend Gets a Complete Detail

Once the referral has been properly recorded and qualifying collision repairs are approved, the referred customer will receive a complimentary complete detail as part of their repair experience.

The detail will be completed during the collision repair process and is subject to the promotion terms below.

4. Complete the Qualifying Collision Repair

To qualify for the promotion, the referred customer must:

  • Complete at least $2,000 in collision repairs before tax.
  • Have the qualifying collision repairs completed by Bailey’s.
  • Pay the final repair invoice in full.

Final eligibility is determined based on the completed and paid repair invoice.

5. You Get a Complete Detail Too

After the qualifying collision repairs are completed and the final invoice has been paid, the referring customer will receive a free complete detail as our thank-you for recommending Bailey’s.

Complete Detail Terms

The following terms apply to complimentary details provided through this promotion:

  • Maximum value of $350 per detail.
  • Services exceeding the complimentary value will be billed separately.
  • The referred customer’s detail will be completed during the repair process.
  • The referring customer must schedule their detail within 90 days of the qualifying repair being completed.
  • Scheduling is subject to availability.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Referred customer must be a new Bailey’s customer.
  • Referral must be disclosed during the new customer’s first contact with Bailey’s.
  • Qualifying collision repairs must total at least $2,000 before tax.
  • Final repair invoice must be paid in full.
  • One referral reward per qualifying referral.
  • Complimentary details have no cash value.
  • Rewards are non-transferable.
  • Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promotion expires January 1, 2027.

Referral eligibility is determined by the information provided and recorded at the time of the new customer’s first contact and verified after qualifying collision repairs are completed and paid in full.

Can I transfer my free detail to someone else?

No. Complimentary details earned through this promotion are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Does my friend get a detail if their repair does not qualify?

No. The complimentary detail is provided only when the referral requirements are met and qualifying collision repairs are approved and completed.

When do I receive my free detail?

The referring customer receives their complimentary detail after the referred customer’s qualifying collision repairs have been completed and the final invoice has been paid in full. The detail must be scheduled within 90 days of repair completion.
