Detailing Warranty
Bailey’s Reconditioning stands behind the quality of our detailing services. Our goal is to ensure every vehicle or vessel leaves our facility in the best possible condition.
This warranty applies only to the specific detailing services performed by Bailey’s Reconditioning and the condition of the vehicle or boat at the time the service was completed.
7-Day Workmanship Warranty
Bailey’s Reconditioning provides a 7-day workmanship warranty following the completion of detailing services, provided the vehicle or boat has not been subjected to unusual environmental exposure or improper care.
If a defect in workmanship or improper application of products is identified within this period, Bailey’s Reconditioning will evaluate the concern and may re-perform the service at no additional cost.

Pre-Existing Conditions
Bailey’s Reconditioning cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, or other imperfections, especially when they are permanent or deeply embedded.
We will always make a reasonable effort to improve the condition of the vehicle or boat, but results may vary depending on the age, condition, and materials involved.
Requesting Detailing Warranty Service
If you believe there is an issue related to the service performed, please contact Bailey’s Reconditioning as soon as possible.
We may request the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or boat to determine whether the concern is related to the original service.
If warranty work is required, Bailey’s Reconditioning reserves the right to re-perform the service or correct the issue.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, may be required.
Ceramic Coating Warranty
Bailey’s Reconditioning offers professional ceramic coating services using Opti-Coat products. These coatings are designed to provide long-lasting surface protection, improve ease of cleaning, and help preserve your vehicle’s appearance.
Depending on the specific Opti-Coat product installed, your ceramic coating may qualify for a separate manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage, duration, and eligibility depend on the specific Opti-Coat product installed and the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.
Customers should refer to the warranty documentation provided with their coating installation for details regarding:
- Applicable warranty duration
- Covered coating defects or performance concerns
- Required maintenance and care procedures
- Warranty registration or documentation requirements
- Exclusions and limitations
- Warranty claim procedures
Proper Coating Maintenance
Proper maintenance is important for preserving the appearance and performance of ceramic coatings.
Customers should follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures associated with their installed coating. Improper washing techniques, abrasive products, harsh chemicals, or environmental exposure may affect coating performance or warranty eligibility.
Requesting Ceramic Coating Warranty Service
If you experience a concern with a ceramic coating installed by Bailey’s, please contact our team.
We may request an inspection of the treated surfaces and review your service documentation to determine the appropriate next steps under the applicable warranty.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty
Paint Protection Film is designed to help protect covered vehicle surfaces from certain types of everyday damage, including minor abrasions, road debris, and environmental exposure.
Bailey’s Reconditioning offers professional PPF installation using protective film products that may carry separate manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage depends on the specific Paint Protection Film product installed and the manufacturer’s applicable terms and conditions.
Depending on the product, manufacturer warranty coverage may address certain material defects, such as:
- Yellowing or discoloration
- Cracking
- Bubbling
- Delamination
- Other qualifying defects identified by the manufacturer
Not all conditions listed above are necessarily covered by every product warranty. Customers should refer to their specific manufacturer warranty documentation for confirmed coverage, duration, exclusions, and requirements.
Understanding PPF Limitations
Paint Protection Film helps reduce the risk of certain types of surface damage, but it cannot prevent every scratch, chip, impact, or environmental defect.
Damage caused by collisions, severe impacts, improper maintenance, or conditions outside the protective capabilities of the film may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Requesting PPF Warranty Service
If you notice lifting, bubbling, discoloration, or another concern involving Paint Protection Film installed by Bailey’s, please contact our team.
We may request an inspection of the affected area to determine whether the concern relates to installation workmanship, the film material, or another cause.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s requirements and approval.

Understanding Your Warranty
Warranty coverage is specific to the services performed and the products installed. Bailey’s detailing workmanship warranty and any applicable manufacturer warranties for ceramic coatings or Paint Protection Film are separate forms of coverage.
Manufacturer warranty terms may include specific registration, maintenance, inspection, or documentation requirements.
Customers are encouraged to retain their service invoices and any product warranty documentation provided at the time of service.
Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Bailey’s Reconditioning is committed to delivering high-quality services and professional workmanship. If you have concerns about a service performed by our team, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation and assist whenever possible.
