Bailey’s Auto Body Warranty

Bailey’s Auto Body stands behind the quality of the repairs performed by our technicians. We are committed to restoring your vehicle to proper condition using industry-standard repair procedures, quality materials, and professional workmanship.

This warranty applies to the specific repair areas and services performed by Bailey’s Auto Body as listed on the final repair invoice.

Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Bailey’s Auto Body provides a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

This warranty covers qualifying defects related to repairs performed by Bailey’s Auto Body, including body and structural repairs, paint and refinishing, and the installation of applicable replacement parts.

What This Warranty Covers

Our limited lifetime workmanship warranty covers defects related to the specific repairs performed by Bailey’s Auto Body, including the following:

Body & Structural Repairs

  • Body panel repair and replacement performed by our technicians
  • Structural repairs and frame work completed by our shop
  • Fit and alignment of panels installed during the repair

Paint & Refinish Work

  • Paint peeling, cracking, blistering, or delamination caused by defects in workmanship or application
  • Refinish work applied by Bailey’s Auto Body

Parts Installed During Repair

This warranty also covers the installation of parts removed or replaced during the repair process, including but not limited to:

  • Body panels
  • Moldings
  • Trim pieces
  • Lights
  • Bumpers
  • Exterior components installed by Bailey’s Auto Body

Parts warranties may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover conditions caused by factors outside the control of Bailey’s Auto Body, including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or misuse after the repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Rock chips, road debris, or environmental damage
  • Corrosion or rust caused by external factors after repair
  • Improper maintenance or neglect
  • Damage caused by chemicals, environmental contaminants, or weather exposure
  • Damage resulting from alterations or repairs performed by another repair facility after our work was completed
  • Pre-existing damage that was not repaired as part of the original repair order

Manufacturer & Parts Warranties

Some replacement parts may be covered under the warranty provided by the part manufacturer or supplier.

Any such warranties are subject to the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer. Coverage, duration, and limitations may vary depending on the specific part installed.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe there is an issue related to a repair performed by Bailey’s Auto Body, please contact our shop and explain your concern.

We request the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and evaluate the repair area to determine whether the concern is covered under our warranty.

If warranty service is required, Bailey’s Auto Body reserves the right to perform the corrective repair.

Proof of Purchase Requirements

To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase, such as a repair invoice from Bailey’s Auto Body, must be provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain and provide proof of purchase. Failure to provide this documentation may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Warranty Duration

This warranty remains valid for as long as the customer owns the vehicle, provided the repairs were performed by Bailey’s Auto Body and the vehicle has not been altered or repaired by another facility in the affected area.

Coverage applies only to the specific repair areas and services documented on the final repair invoice.
