Bailey’s Paintless Dent Repair Warranty

Bailey’s PDR Inc. stands behind the quality of our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) services. We are committed to providing professional repairs and ensuring our customers have confidence in the work performed on their vehicles.

Our warranty covers the exact work area within the panel where Paintless Dent Repair was performed, as well as applicable parts removed by Bailey’s PDR Inc. to complete the repair.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Bailey’s PDR provides a lifetime warranty on covered repairs for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.

This warranty applies specifically to the repaired area and eligible components removed during the repair process. It does not extend to unrelated areas of the vehicle or damage occurring after the repair.

What This Warranty Covers

Our Paintless Dent Repair warranty covers the following conditions within the repaired area:

  • Paint cracking, chipping, fading, peeling, or blistering within the repaired area
  • Metal corrosion or rusting within the repaired area
  • Parts removed during the repair process, including but not limited to:
    • Headliners
    • Trim panels
    • Bumpers
    • Lights
    • Moldings
    • Other components removed by Bailey’s PDR Inc. to perform the repair

Coverage applies to the specific work area within the panel where PDR was performed and the applicable parts removed by Bailey’s PDR Inc. during that repair.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Paint defects caused by misuse of chemicals
  • Neglect or improper vehicle maintenance
  • Rock chips
  • Primer or paint adhesion issues unrelated to the repair
  • Metal corrosion or rust caused by normal use or lack of maintenance
  • Parts that were previously damaged, tampered with, or removed before Bailey’s performed the repair
  • Parts that were removed or tampered with after Bailey’s completed the repair

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe an issue is related to a repair performed by Bailey’s PDR, please contact our team and explain your concern.

We will examine the repaired area to determine whether warranty service is required.

If warranty work is necessary, Bailey’s PDR reserves the right to perform the corrective repair at no charge to the customer.

Proof of Purchase Requirements

To receive warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice from Bailey’s PDR.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain and provide this documentation. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Warranty Duration

This warranty remains valid for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original repair area and eligible parts removed by Bailey’s PDR Inc. during the repair process.
