Bailey’s Is Building a New Auto Body Shop in Fargo

Bailey’s is entering an exciting new chapter.

On September 9, 2026, the Bailey’s team officially broke ground on a new auto body facility in Fargo. The project represents another major step forward for a locally grown company that started with paintless dent repair and has continued to expand its services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead community.

The new facility, located at 3302 36th St S, Fargo, ND 58103, will eventually become the next home of Bailey’s automotive operations, building on more than 15 years of growth in the Fargo area.

From PDR to Full-Service Automotive

Bailey’s story began in 2009, when Kevin Bailey founded the company with a focus on Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). What started as a specialized dent repair operation continued to grow as the needs of our customers and the capabilities of our team expanded.

In 2018, Bailey’s expanded into conventional auto body and paint services, establishing the foundation for the full-service automotive business we have today.

Bailey’s now provides a wide range of automotive services, including collision repair, Paintless Dent Repair, interior and exterior detailing, glass replacement, mechanical services, and used vehicle sales.

As Bailey’s has grown, so has our team, our equipment, and the amount of space required to serve our customers efficiently. Our new facility represents the next step in that growth.

Why Bailey’s Is Building a New Facility

Bailey’s currently operates from 3302 4th Ave S in Fargo. That facility has been an important part of our growth, but Bailey’s has continued to evolve beyond where we started.

Our new facility is being constructed at 3302 36th St S, Fargo, ND 58103. The new location will give our team additional space and a purpose-built environment designed around the automotive services we provide today.

The expanded facility will also give Bailey’s room to continue investing in our people, equipment, processes, and capabilities as the automotive repair industry continues to change.

Most importantly, the project is an investment in the future of Bailey’s and our ability to continue serving vehicle owners throughout Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding communities.

Breaking Ground

That next chapter officially began on September 9, 2026, when members of the Bailey’s team and project partners gathered at the future site for our groundbreaking ceremony.

The groundbreaking marked the transition from planning and design to making the new Bailey’s facility a reality.

Design Resources Group is serving as the architect for the project, with Christianson Companies providing construction management.

Construction Is Underway

Since the groundbreaking ceremony, work has continued at the future home of Bailey’s. The early stages of a project like this may not look as dramatic as walls and a roof going up, but the work happening now is what prepares the site for everything that follows.

As site preparation and early construction progress, we’re getting closer to seeing the new facility begin to take shape.

What’s Next?

The groundbreaking was only the beginning.

As construction moves forward and the building begins to rise from the site, we’ll continue sharing major milestones, photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes looks at the project through Bailey’s News & Updates.

Our next construction update will take a closer look at the project as the new facility begins to take shape.

We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we look forward to bringing our customers and the Fargo-Moorhead community along with us as we build the next home of Bailey’s.
